BULLDOGS POKER CAGE
MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Bulldogs Poker Cage (“the Club”) and the undersigned individual (“Member” or “User”).
By signing this Agreement, Member acknowledges that participation in Club activities is voluntary and agrees to abide by all rules, policies, and procedures set forth herein.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 Membership is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older.
1.2 Proof of age and identity may be required at any time.
1.3 The Club reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at its sole discretion.
2. PRIVATE CLUB STATUS
2.1 Bulldogs Poker Cage is a private membership-based poker club, not open to the general public.
2.2 All poker games and activities are conducted exclusively among members.
2.3 Membership does not guarantee seating, participation, or availability in any game or event.
3. MEMBER CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Members must conduct themselves in a respectful, lawful, and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
3.2 Cheating, collusion, abuse, harassment, intoxication, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
3.3 The Club reserves the right to remove any Member from the premises without refund or compensation for violations of Club rules.
4. GAMES & ACTIVITIES
4.1 Bulldogs Poker Cage hosts a variety of poker games, formats, and tournaments, which may change at any time.
4.2 The Club does not guarantee specific games, stakes, formats, or schedules.
4.3 All games are played at the Member’s own risk.
5. FEES & MEMBERSHIP TERMS
5.1 Membership fees, event fees, and other charges are subject to change without notice.
5.2 Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Club.
5.3 Membership is non-transferable.
6. REFERRAL PROGRAM
6.1 Members may earn Club Credit through referrals, subject to Club verification.
6.2 Referral rewards are currently structured as follows:
Refer one (1) new approved member: $50 Club Credit
Refer three (3) new approved members: $200 Club Credit
Refer five (5) new approved members: $500 Club Credit
6.3 Referral credits have no cash value and may be modified or discontinued at the Club’s discretion.
7. MEDIA RELEASE
7.1 User agrees and acknowledges that Bulldogs Poker Cage may take photographs, video, and/or audio recordings of activities occurring inside the Club and on or around Club property, including images or recordings in which User may appear.
7.2 By signing this Agreement, User grants Bulldogs Poker Cage the unrestricted right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and transmit such photographs, video, or recordings, with or without User’s name, for lawful promotional, marketing, informational, or commercial purposes.
7.3 Such use may include, but is not limited to, television broadcasts, social media platforms, websites, print advertising, digital marketing, promotional materials, and other media outlets now known or later developed.
7.4 User understands and agrees that no compensation will be provided for such use.
7.5 User releases and holds harmless Bulldogs Poker Cage, its owners, employees, agents, and assigns from any claims related to the use of such media, including claims for invasion of privacy or right of publicity.
8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
8.1 Member understands that participation in poker and Club activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to financial loss, personal injury, or property damage.
8.2 Member voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.
9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
9.1 Member agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Bulldogs Poker Cage, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in Club activities.
9.2 This includes claims related to injury, loss, theft, or disputes with other members.
10. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
10.1 The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time, with or without cause.
10.2 Termination does not entitle the Member to refunds or compensation.
11. RULE CHANGES
11.1 Club rules, policies, and procedures may be updated at any time.
11.2 Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated rules.
12. GOVERNING LAW
12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
13.1 This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Member and Bulldogs Poker Cage.
13.2 No verbal agreements or representations shall supersede this Agreement.
